Located in rural Beng Mealea, Harmony Farm is a Khmer-run grassroots NGO

  • Children’s Centre is home for poor, homeless, and vulnerable children, ages 5-20
  • Learning Centre opens its free classrooms to local village and rural children
  • Farm and Gardens produce organic fruits, vegetables, fish and animal products

Harmony Farm is striving to be self-sufficient in every way

  • Promoting learning about self, community and the environment
  • Nurturing positive change through education, health care and cultural activities
  • Growing organic food using permaculture practices

Based in rural Beng Mealea, Harmony Farm is home to 18 children and provides educational and recreational activities to over 120 village and rural children.  The farm and vegetable garden produce fruit, vegetables, fish, chickens and pigs to feed the children and staff at Harmony Farm.

The long-term goal of Harmony Farm is sustainability: bettering the lives of its children, practicing permaculture for self-sufficiency and improving the quality of life in its community.
