About Paul Dubrule School

DubruleOur mission

This project’s mission is to provide young Cambodians with quality education and the necessary skills to have a successful career in the fields of hospitality and tourism. This international domain allows for the full development of a genuine know-how that will prove useful throughout these people’s life. We aim at helping the Khmer youth, especially disadvantaged individuals, by giving them the means to start a vocational job that will bring them honest and decent prospects.

Our vision

We want everyone, without distinction of gender or social background, to have access to education and professional training while encouraging mutual social acceptance.
From the beginning, our project and its partners have been committed to handing over the School to the relevant Cambodian authorities in the medium term. We also wish to contribute towards the lasting development of tourism in Cambodia, especially in Siem Reap which so well-known for the beauty of the Angkor historical complex, a World Heritage Site.

Our school

Founded in 2002, our School aims at providing education and professional training to over 200 young Cambodians every year in the fields of restaurant/bar, cooking, pastry and bakery, hospitality and tourism. Our credo is nothing less than excellence. The school’s policy is to actively encourage solidarity among the students and the community at large, as well as promote social and ethical values. The students have the opportunity to acquire a solid formation and real know-how which have resulted in our School being so popular in Cambodia. “ Le Jardin des Délices ” is a gastronomic restaurant open for all, in the school. Here, students in the restaurant service program and in the culinary arts program have the opportunity to practise the skills they have learned from their teachers. All income is entirely transferred to the project and contributes to the self financing of our educational projects.
