The Smiling Hearts Association for Children (SHAC) aims to give the Cambodian children hope for the future. We want to give the orphan children, poor children, street children and children with HIV a sense of belonging to a Family environment, stability and a chance to enjoy a childhood free of misery.

We have 130 children. We plan to give these children a good education, health care and a safe environment. Currently the students study English and computer studies are planned for the future. They learn how to use their hands and minds in our writing, arts and crafts classes and participate in many other activities.

We have 3 classes from Grade 1-3, two times a day, 5 days a week , Morning and Afternoon from Monday to Friday (for English classes) and 1 day is every Saturday (Hygiene, art, dance, Music, and Khmer classes) from 9:30-11:30am and 3:30-5:30pm.
